Verto Mobility Is Provide Lease Tracking Services Which Enables Companies With Multiple Rental/ Lease Agreements For Their Employee Needs. Verto Will Generate Alerts And Seek Feedback From The Company And The Employee Who Is Availing The Lease/ Rental Accommodation If They Wish To Renew Or Terminate The Lease. Once An Employee Desire To Renew Or Terminate The Lease/ Rental Agreement Is Notified, Verto Mobilty Consultant Will Ensure The Contract Is Terminated Or Extended Suitably. Verto Mobility Will Communicate With The Landlord For The Termination Of The Lease Agreement And Send The Written Confirmation, Taking Into Account The Estimated Move Out Date.
Strict Adherence To The Contract Terms By Landlord And The Employee Is Ensured And Any Grievances Are Addressed. A Representative From Verto Mobility Will Accompany The Employee During The Check Out Process. Should The Utilities And Services Require Disconnect The Same Will Be Addressed.
