First of all I have experienced relocation from USA to India and within USA from East Coast to West Coast and within West Coast. I have dealt with number of shipping Companies in USA and one in India. My experience with your company was extremely good. I cannot imagine what Verto could have done better. Prashant Singh listened to all my needs patiently and took care of all of them to my complete satisfaction. All my queries were responded to my satisfaction ensured that all payments were made in Indian Rupees and yet in case of damage the reimbursement was in dollars. You sat at my residence for practically three days to get the packing done well. Your staff were experienced in their respective fields and very good. You used excellent packing material – as good if not better than in USA. Your packing was extremely good. Your partners in USA were equally good.
The whole move went hassle free. I would have no hesitation in recommending your firm in India and your partners in USA (Atlas) to anyone. If I had to rank your company it will be 12 on 12. I am in no way connected or related to your company. When I was identifying which company to use, I contacted three companies and picked your company as my first choice. I am glad I did so. I just had an excellent experience with Verto Mobility for my storage and international shipment. The thing I liked about most was the crew did not rush through anything, inspected each piece in details, packed really well and manage the packing part very efficiently.
The Honda City car was delivered last evening and all unpacking of our personal effects was also finished last evening. I guess we started loading everything last Monday and delivery of all stuff, including two cars was completed on Sunday evening- seems quite impressive (on their move from Bangalore, India to Pune, India)
